CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The customer have the right to cancel the bus ticket at any time but the refunding of ticket fare is limited by the website as:-

  • arrow (1)  There will be 100% refund of ticket fare if cancellation of ticket is done before 24 hours of journey.
  • arrow (1)  75% of refund of ticket fare will be provided if cancellation is done before 18 hours of journey.
  • arrow (1)  50% of refund of ticket fare will be provided if cancellation is done before 12 hours of journey.
  • arrow (1)  The refund amount will be credited to your account within 72hours of cancellation.
  • arrow (1)  The customer will have to call on +91-8895332200 for cancellation or any other queries.
  • Payment for Transaction

  • arrow (1)  The user can pay the ticket fare by using any of the payment method mentioned on the website.
  • arrow (1)  The website shall not be held responsible for loss or damage during transaction. If: -
  • arrow (1)  Your card is unauthorized.
  • arrow (1)  Pay amount is exceeding the preset limit for your card by the bank transaction.
  • arrow (1)  Decline of payment for any other reason.
