The customer have the right to cancel the bus ticket at any time but the refunding of ticket fare is limited by the website as:-
There will be 100% refund of ticket fare if cancellation of ticket is done before 24 hours of journey.
75% of refund of ticket fare will be provided if cancellation is done before 18 hours of journey.
50% of refund of ticket fare will be provided if cancellation is done before 12 hours of journey.
The refund amount will be credited to your account within 72hours of cancellation.
The customer will have to call on +91-8895332200 for cancellation or any other queries.Payment for Transaction
The user can pay the ticket fare by using any of the payment method mentioned on the website.
The website shall not be held responsible for loss or damage during transaction. If: -
Your card is unauthorized.
Pay amount is exceeding the preset limit for your card by the bank transaction.
Decline of payment for any other reason.
